A rescue has many financial aspects that most do not think about. All pet(s) taken in by NMLR have to be properly vaccinated, dewormed, spayed/neutered, microchipped and that is just for healthy pet(s). From time to time, we may also have an emergency, or take in a furr-friend that is not in such great health. Supplies such as food, pee pads, blankets, towels, cleaning supplies, toys (and the list goes on) are needed for foster homes.
